01What this covers
This policy will apply to JSD Pro subscriptions bought from Vexoris on jsd.vexoris.dev. The price, billing interval, seller and payment provider will be shown before you pay.
02Your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from a Pro subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. To withdraw, send us a clear statement (for example, through the support server or a ticket) before the 14 days are up.
If you asked for Pro to start straight away and then withdraw, we may keep a proportionate amount for the days Pro was already active. We refund everything else within 14 days, using the payment method you paid with.
03Cancelling
You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Free features keep working after Pro ends.
04Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after cancelling, tell us and we will refund the difference in full.
05Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law where you live, including warranty rights if Pro doesn't work as described.
