Is JSD really free?

Yes. Jails, appeals, warnings, mutes, tickets, case IDs, the mod log and the dashboard are free on every server, and safety features will stay free. Custom jail categories are capped at 3 on Free.

What does Pro add?

Branding and your own bot: a custom bot name and avatar per server, advanced ticket templates and forms, unlimited ticket and jail categories, per-category ping roles and priority support.

What does “coming soon” mean?

The feature is built or planned but not running on the live bot yet. Free features marked coming soon will be free when they ship.

When does Pro launch?

There's no date yet. We'll announce it in the support server and on the News page before anything goes on sale.

Will I pay per moderator?

No. Pro will be priced per server, not per seat.

What about refunds and withdrawal?

Nothing is sold yet. When Pro launches, consumers in the EU will keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, and the details will be in our refund and withdrawal policy.
