FAQ

Can I use jail features without paying?
Yes. /jail, /release, /appeal, auto-release, and basic member web status are Free forever.
What if I have multiple servers?
Each Pro subscription covers one guild. Upgrade only the ones that need custom categories, web ops, or analytics.
What happens if Pro lapses?
Core Discord detention keeps working. Pro-only tools (custom category edits, web moderation, analytics) freeze until you renew. We will not wipe your history.
When does Stripe checkout go live?
Billing UI is still work in progress. Final rates will be announced before checkout opens.
Do you offer refunds?
No. JSD does not accept refunds. All Pro payments are final except where required by law. See the Refund Policy.
