Discord support server

The fastest way to get help is through the official JSD Discord server.

• Run /jsd-support in any Discord server with JSD

The support server has channels for:

• General support: ask questions, get help with setup
• Bug reports: report issues you have found
• Feature requests: suggest improvements
• Announcements: stay updated on new releases

In-Discord help

JSD has a built-in help browser available to everyone:

• Run /jsd-help for an interactive guide covering setup, jailing, appeals, and troubleshooting
• Run /jsd-support for a quick invite to the support server

Before asking for help

To help us resolve your issue faster, please have the following ready:

1. What you were doing: the command you ran and the context
2. What happened: any error messages or unexpected behavior
3. Server setup: have you run /setup? What roles and channels exist?
4. Bot status: is the bot online? Run /jsd-config to check
5. Screenshots: if the issue is visual, screenshots help a lot
